Areas of Specialism
I have a particular interest in working with those who are interested in looking in depth at their life and who may want to make changes toward their own ideas of personal growth
I have also worked extensively with young people aged 16 to 30. My experience in this area includes eating disorders, self-harm, poor self image, low self-esteem, identity and gender crises, family or relationship breakdown, anxiety and trauma

I offer supervision for trainee or counsellor/psychotherapy practitioners

As a Member of the BACP I adhere to the BACP code of ethics. I continue to seek to expand my own knowledge and experience through training and active membership of organisations. This keeps me abreast of new developments and provides challenges to my own ways of working.
